So I took my XboxOneX appart and swapped the drives, installed my newly NTFS formated SSD drive and booted the Xbox in the "restore" mode (hold both Eject + Sync, then Power), installed the offline update and got the Xbox booting without any issues. I've followed tutorials on the net, some older ones needed scripts, newer ones said that scripts were not needed anymore. I decided to replace the stock 1TB HDD of my Xbox One X.
